About Me

I graduated from CenterPoint School of Massage and Shiatsu in December of 2004, and have been self-employed as a massage therapist since then. I have been a Reiki practitioner since 2018. I have lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota since 1999. I was previously in the outdoor education & adaptive outdoor recreation fields and graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. I have lived in many places, including Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Virginia, and Alabama, where I lived for most of my childhood.
